Front Output Flange (Fine Spline) Assembly Kit for 1978-1980 Toyota Land Cruisers
When swapping a General Motors Automatic Transmission, the Front Driveshaft Upper Universal Joint is too large and will not clear the transmission housing or oil pan. A smaller universal joint assembly is required for install. With this kit installed, it will add the necessary clearance to clear the obstructions when doing a Automatic Transmission Conversion.
